Leadsman Operator /Production Staff

* Supervising the people and promoting team work in the line/section in    order to achieve the goal of the company.
* To ensure machines [such as SIG-HBM 053 (pillow pack machine), AASTED    MIKROVERK FC-1000 (chocolate moulding), LINX 6200, 6000, 4200 series    (date printer)] should run continuously, and minimize the production    breakdown.
* To settle the machine to operational during minor breakdown.
* Making a report on machine performances/machine breakdown.
* Making production report, packaging materials inventory, controlling the    stocks to avoid shortages and delaying the operation.
* To make sure the working area arrange orderly before the operation    started until the end of the production to avoid accident or to make sure    that the safety precaution must be exercise.
* Setting the machine when there is a trial/new product orwhen changing the    product.
* Other machine operated, SOLLICH CANDY MASTER, (candy moulding) Thee    Garten Pactec (pillow pack machine).SANDIACARE MACHINE (vertical pack    machine).

* Supervising the people (as a leadsman) from processing section to    packaging section, and promoting teamwork in the line/section in order to    achieve the goal of the company.
* Making a production report/production inventory. Compute the raw    materials consumption, finished product yield, productive man-hours,   production cost, and production rejects.
* To maintain and update the raw materials and packaging materials stock    to avoid production delayed or shortages.
* To make sure that raw materials used have passed the quality standard of    the company.
* To be sure that the finished products have a good quality in all aspects     such as taste, odor, outside appearance, wrapper sealing, and etc.
* Make sure machine (such as Hebenstreit Batter Mixer, Cream Mixer, Wafer    Oven, Cream Spreader, and Wafer Sandwich Cutter, Sollich Enromat and    Cooling Tunnel, SIG -HBM 057, and SIG-203 multipack, Wieneroto    Chocolate Mixer and Ball Grinder)should run continuously.
* Performing as maintenance during minor breakdown to minimize the     production losses such as production rejects and non-productive man-hour.
* Assisting the maintenance personnel during major breakdown and    troubleshooting.
* Making a preventive maintenance every week in machine parts such as    motor /gear lubrication, and changing the parts with defect, if necessary.
* Making a corrective maintenance every month and do some modification to     the machine, if needed.
* Making a report of machine performances/machine breakdown.
* To be sure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5'S (sort, sweep,     segregate, systematize, and self discipline) must be applied before the     operation started until the end of operation to avoid accident and to make     sure that the safety precaution must be exercise.
